Executive Summary

Located in the Mid-Atlantic, the Ringley is a 451,000 SF mixed-use/residential property consisting of three levels of underground parking, retail space on the street level, and topped with six levels of high-end condominiums. There are 123 units available ranging in size from 1,200 – 2,300 SF. Plenty of amenities are available to the building’s residents including a fitness center, yoga room, men’s and women’s sauna/steam room/locker rooms, massage room, and pet spa. An interior courtyard is available for residents as well which features a fountain, shade structures, outdoor kitchens/fire pits, and beautiful landscaping. Extensive site work as part of this project will truly transform the area and community surrounding the Ringley. Some items included in this site work are a public park, trail, outdoor exercise equipment, benches, and fountains. This project is pursuing LEED Silver certification and has a contract value of $78 Million.
